We are using the checkered aluminum sheets,treadplates in my Grandson’s Bedroom and were wondering what to put over the edges so he wouldn’t get hurt. Looks like the checkered aluminum sheets,treadplates is of good quality, but I order the matte black and the color is almost brownish or burgundy in color. I don’t even know if putting it over something that is already painted black will look good? I’m sure that the other colors will be fine.

Product looks nice only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of five is the thickness could be a little thicker. I did the surface of the counter top with a peel and stick that looks like granite and that was much thicker and seems more durable than this, but for the face of the cabinets I think it will hold up fine. checkered aluminum sheets,treadplates

Great product easy to install with a little help from a friend. checkered aluminum sheets,treadplates easy to cut with metal cutting hand shears. If you get the narrow trim pieces remove the plastic wrap before install. I installed plate with screws and trim with finish air nail gun. Experimented with glue but if you get it on checkered aluminum sheets,treadplates you can’t remove without damaging paint. Garage looks super!
